In order to avoid having to open the entire wastewater pipe in the event of a blocked drainage pipe, the Controlfix clean out / cleaning piece is indispensable. It is installed in the drainage pipe at regular intervals. Equipped with quick-release closures made from polymer, the Controlfix can be quickly opened and easily cleaned. It can also be converted into a fully functional backwater valve, even when installed.
Installation kit for the floor slab
The backwater valve is available for floor slab installation and can also be installed in waterproof concrete by using an extension piece with central flange and an elastomer waterproofing membrane. The integrated drainage function ensures that any surface water that arises, for example due to a pipe break, will be pumped into the sewer despite there being backwater.
